Shipping policy
CUSTOMER PAYS FOR DELIVERY / SHIPPING FEE
We do not charge delivery/shipping fee on the website.
You will pay directly to your respective Third Party Delivery Personnel.
Metro Manila/Bulacan/Laguna/Rizal deliveries
1. Curbside Pickup - Self pickup, Lalamove, Transportify, Grab, etc.
Customers will book their own delivery and/or do pickup on their own. An SMS from our Dispatch Team will notify you when the order is ready. The Dispatch Team will also inform you which warehouse to book / pick up. The details will also be sent via SMS.
2. Standard PlayHard Delivery via Blitz Delivery
PlayHard Fitness will be the one to arrange delivery with our courier partner. The delivery estimate will be computed after checkout and indicated in the confirmation email.
Expect 1 - 3 days lead time for your order to be delivered. The driver will contact you on the day of delivery when your order is on its way. Pay delivery fee directly to the driver.*
*Orders above 20 kgs will fall under the car rate
Provincial deliveries
1. Small Orders (via GOGO Xpress)

2. Large Orders
Customer may book his/her own Lalamove or Transportify for pickup at our active warehouses. Check respective apps to know if your location is within the coverage area.
Capex Cargo or AP Cargo
PlayHard Fitness will be the one to coordinate pick up of order with Cargo company. Waybill will be emailed once item has been shipped. Shipping fee will be paid directly to cargo company upon delivery.
Bus Cargo / Other Cargo Companies (areas not covered by Capex / AP Cargo)
PlayHard Fitness will be the one to coordinate delivery to Cargo Branch. We will request for a Delivery Allowance prior to shipping. Allowance will be liquidated and excess payment will be refunded to client upon completion of delivery.
