How do I return a locally shipped order?
We will be offering free returns during this period. Please drop us an e-mail at customer.service@r-y-e.co and we will assist you with the return/exchange accordingly.
How do I make an exchange or refund?
To start a Return or Exchange, pack up the return items with the original invoice and return note tucked inside. On the return note, please select the reason for return and indicate whether you’d prefer a Refund or Exchange. For Exchanges, add which item you’d like to try next.
Exchanges can only be made for the same style, in a different Colour or Size; be sure to indicate the exact Colour and Size of the new item on the return note.
Returns will be processed through store credits that will be sent to your email's inbox, and you may use it on your next purchase. Store credits do not have an expiry date.
