Peppermint, located in the heart of Singapore at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, takes customers on a flavourful journey through a selection of seafood, meats, and sweets steeped with Thai spices and herbs.

The Gaeng Kua Sapparod Lobster, a delicious combination of juicy rock lobster, pineapple, and tamarind gravy, creates a great balance of sour and savoury flavours, will delight seafood fans. For those looking for a healthy but luxurious meal, the Pla Pao Kluea, a sustainably sourced entire barramundi, is grilled to perfection with a salt crust and topped with aromatic lemongrass. Crab enthusiasts will adore the Pu Pad Pong Kari, which features sweet and savoury crab flesh stir-fried in a fragrant yellow curry that emphasises the Thai cooking style of balancing sweetness and spice.

The menu also includes hearty roasts that have been given a Thai twist. Diners can have the soft and flavourful Beef "Soup Hang Wua," a spicy Wagyu beef oxtail garnished with coriander, and the Thai Style Slow Roast Black Angus Tomahawk, a standout dish that combines slow-cooked Angus beef with traditional Thai spices for a deep, aromatic flavour. Another must-try is the Kaeng Phed Ped Yang, a rich and spicy red curry with roasted duck that strikes the ideal balance between heat and sweetness.

The journey concludes with the Classic Thai Seafood Soup, a warm and soothing dish made with lime, chilli, and lemongrass harvested from Peppermint's own Urban Farm, ensuring that the ingredients are as fresh and flavourful as possible.

Peppermint's smorgasbord does not end with savoury options. Guests can finish their dinner with traditional Thai treats. The Khao Niaow Ma Muang, a traditional dessert made with sweet mango, sticky rice, and coconut sauce, is a lovely blend of flavours and textures. Another sweet highlight is the Khanom Tako, a delicate coconut custard that is light and creamy, and provides a refreshing finish to the dinner.
