The Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa welcomes you to take part in a gourmet celebration of Singapore's National Day. The lively Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa Sunday Brunch, the decadent SeafoodFest Weekend Buffet, and the tranquil National Day Tropical Afternoon Tea all highlight the rich and diverse tastes of Singaporean cuisine.

Every Sunday, beginning August 4, 2024, the Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa Sunday Brunch provides a delightful trip through Singaporean culinary tradition. Guests can try Roti John Lobster, 2 Way Crab, Singapore Bak Kut Teh, Hainanese Chicken Rice Ball, and Oyster Omelette. Local cuisine includes Indian and Chinese BBQ delicacies such as Roast Chicken, Peking Duck, Crispy Pork Belly, and Char Siew. Fresh fish on ice, Rojak, and a variety of native desserts such as Cendol Panna Cotta and Nonya Kueh satisfy the senses.

Guests have free access to the Sofitel Pool from 3pm to 7pm, making it an ideal Sunday escape.

The SeafoodFest Weekend Buffet, offered every Friday and Saturday beginning August 2, 2024, offers a variety of fresh seafood, including oysters, snow and mud crabs, tiger prawns, and scallops. Highlights include Slipper Lobster Laksa, Hainanese Chicken Rice Ball, and a variety of Chinese BBQ dishes. Desserts such as Coconut Gula Melaka Cake and Nonya Kueh provide a delicious finish to the meal.

Throughout August, the National Day Tropical Afternoon Tea provides a relaxing retreat with a variety of savoury and sweet delights. Try Chilli Mud Crab with Brioche, Pineapple and Mango Rojak in Pie Tee Shell, Otah Sandwich, Peking Duck Profiterole, and Chicken Char Siew in Black Sesame Tart. Milo Macaron, Coconut Panna Cotta, Pandan Tart, Taro Gateau, and other sweet delights are served alongside classic Butter and Cranberry Scones with jam and clotted cream.

Additionally, guests can enjoy the Sofitel Sling (featured image), a speciality drink designed with sustainability in mind. This one-of-a-kind drink, available every day, is crafted with Seven Tails Brandy, Amaro Montenegro, Eau-De-Vie, Passionfruit, Calamansi, Watermelon Skin Tincture, Rose Nectar, and Lemon Leaf, and it includes repurposed watermelon skins and locally obtained lemon leaves.
