The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore will launch its first-ever Singapore Rum Festival on the 8th and 9th of July 2023. The festival presents over 20 of the best rum brands in the game, from Bacardi and Mount Gay to Doorly's, Hampden, Neisson, Black Tot, Renegade, TCRL, Black Tears, and La Progresiva. For its first edition, Singapore Rum Festival also shines a spotlight on regional Southeast Asian rums. Discover the flavours of Cambodia with Samai and explore the Thai rum scene with Phraya and Chalong Bay.
Alongside tasting experiences, the two-day event will feature curated masterclasses by industry experts and rum tastings with The Bar at 15 Stamford’s Bar Manager, Edriane Lim, on 8 July from 12pm to 7pm, and one premium rum tasting by The Rum Cartel on 9 July from 12pm to 7pm. There will also be servings of delicious cocktails and food at the festival.
Early-bird tickets start at S$48++ per person (until 4 June 2023), while standard tickets are priced at S$68++. Tickets will include complimentary tastings of all rums on display.
