Rosemead is a modern Californian fine dining restaurant from Jigger & Pony Group. Located in The Quadrant at Cecil, a 1920s heritage building near Raffles Place in Singapore’s CBD, Rosemead presents a contemporary style of fine dining that is refined, relaxed and convivial. Named after Chef David’s hometown in California, Rosemead consists of a restaurant, bakery, on-site bar and al fresco back patio. While the cuisine is defined by comforting fare with bold, honest flavours and impeccable technique, the drinks programme is centred around a diverse 170-label and growing wine list and cocktails that emphasise freshness and seasonality. Rosemead is helmed by Chef David Tang and General Manager, James Moon — both Asian Americans born and raised in California.
