Nouri is chef-restaurateur Ivan Brehm’s first restaurant. Nouri was created from the conviction that no food culture exists in isolation. Serving food rooted in research, the restaurant creates dishes that are made universally delicious by exploring our shared history, and a future of respect and diversity. Established in May 2017, it earned its Michelin star shortly after, in the same year.

You know the burger at Restaurant Nouri is going to be perfect when they were gutsy enough to name their signature patty the Perfection Burger. This is the perfect blend of chuck, brisket, striploin and succulent wagyu stacked between two soft and doughy buns. Not a meat lover? Try their Veggie Burger Set which comes stuffed with chunky falafel reminiscent of New York. We all know that burgers, fries and milkshakes put together are the Holy Trinity of a sumptuous meal. Each of these sets come with their signature Nori fries and a Tahitian vanilla milkshake.
All great cuisines are the product of intersecting cultures across time; no food culture would have developed without centuries of movement and collaboration.
At Nouri, we study ingredients, techniques, and flavors to identify moments of connection between global food traditions.
We innovate from these historical standpoints to produce food rooted in familiar flavors no matter where you are from. That is where crossroads cooking begins.
Beyond concept or philosophy, or types of cuisines, Nouri is a place that celebrates people, in all our differences and similarities.
A restaurant that nourishes not just body and mind, but the liminal bond between the “you” and the “I”.
