Chimi's is the sister outlet of restaurant-bar Chimichanga. As word of Chimichanga spread, so did its presence, and Singapore's first Mexican container bar was launched in Marina Bay in December 2018.
Set within a 20-foot shipping container, Chimi's Marina Bay features a 1,800 square foot alfresco dining space overlooking Singapore's iconic Marina Bay, making it a perfect spot for sundowner snacks and drinks.
In March 2022, they opened their second outlet in Somerset. Located along the outdoor discovery walk at 313@Somerset, it quickly became a favourite spot for people-watching while enjoying a cocktail and some bites.
The menu features SG-Mex bites that are Chimi's own twist on the traditional Mexican cuisine that has been catered to the Singaporean palate.
