Nestled between the ancient Reunification Palace and Notre Dame Cathedral, Au Parc provides a taste of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine. Recognised for its reasonably priced wines, freshly made natural juices and smoothies, and Italian coffee, the restaurant celebrates the Mediterranean region's diversity.

Mediterranean cuisine at Au Parc encompasses a broad spectrum of culinary influences from nations such as Turkey, Cyprus, Lebanon, Syria, Israel, Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, and Greece, going beyond Spanish, French, and Italian fare. In the middle of a busy city day, the atmosphere's calm and laid-back character makes it the perfect getaway.

Au Parc is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. On Saturdays and Sundays, it serves a brunch in the New York or Turkish style from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. In the centre of Saigon, Au Parc offers visitors the opportunity to enjoy Mediterranean flavours for a quick stop or a leisurely lunch. Image Credit: Au Parc Facebook Page 2nd Image Credit
