The first private Portuguese home cooking in Singapore was born through Green Apron with the intention of making Portuguese gastronomy and its culture known. Chef Daniel has perfected the flavours of Piri Piri Chicken, one dish that seems to be recognised as a Portuguese dish by locals. Chef Daniel has had a few requests since some time back but only tried perfecting the dish recently.
