Currently ongoing to November 12, 2023, Peppermint, located at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore​​​​​​​, will host an unparalleled culinary festival. Chef de Cuisine Leon Yee of Peppermint is collaborating with Chef Alan Ho, the newly appointed President of the Taiwan Chefs Association, to produce a delectable 'Tastes of Taiwan' all-you-can-eat buffet.

Chef Alan Ho's knowledge of Taiwanese cuisine is extensive, and this partnership represents his first foreign appearance since becoming President of the Taiwan Chefs Association earlier in 2023.

It is a privilege for Chef Leon and his Culinary Team to collaborate with Chef Alan in exposing the rich tapestry of Taiwanese flavours to Singapore's lively culinary scene.

Chef Alan's culinary experience includes working as a consultant in recognised five-star institutions, holding executive chef roles at prestigious hotels, judging culinary competitions on a global scale, and teaching students at prestigious Taiwanese colleges.

He currently serves as the Associate Chairperson of Jinwen University of Science and Technology's Department of Food and Beverage and is a World-chefs Certified Continental Judge.
