Opus Bar and Grill, situated in voco Orchard Singapore, has launched its exquisite Sunday Brunch menu, back once again and set to appeal to the city’s most discerning gourmands and imbibers.
Opus Sunday Brunch will be available every Sunday from 12:30pm to 3:30pm and will include a wide selection of international dishes, served buffet-style, and free flowing alcohol packages.
Catering to all taste buds, the Opus Sunday Brunch selection includes a variety of cheese, cured meats, an experience to assemble a personalised charcuterie plate, a cold seafood counter, an international cuisine with a Japanese Corner serving sushi and sashimi, a French section with live foie gras station and an Italian Counter with freshly cooked pasta, along with much more.
Prices start at $98++ per adult and $59++ per child. Those looking to add a touch of festivities to proceedings can supercharge their experience; for $148++, Prosecco, wine and beer is also included, and for $178++, diners can sip on free flowing Champagne Laurent-Perrier Brut and access a mix-it-yourself Mojito bar, complete with a variety of fruits and garnishes to muddle up the perfect Mojito.
Seafood lovers will rejoice at the 9 different types of seafood – including Boston Lobster, Alaskan King Crab Legs, Tiger Prawns and Fine de Claire and New Zealand oysters. Diners can graze on a selection of charcuterie – including Smoked Honey Glazed Royal Pepper Ham and Wagyu Pastrami – from the cured meats library, whilst 15 different types of cheeses are also on offer.
Wok-Fried Chili Crab and Kam Heong Prawn are amongst the Asian offerings, whilst The Opus Sunday Brunch French Corner features a live Foie Gras station and hearty Joue de Boeuf Bourguignon. A selection of pizzas, pastas and risotto appease the Italian aficionados of the table, whilst Slow Roasted Australian Prime Rib, Wagyu Sausage, Overnight Marinated Lamb Porterhouse and Flame Grilled Butterflied Chicken with Portuguese sauce are prepared on Opus’ signature open-flame grill, over charcoal and jarrah wood.
No brunch is complete without an array of tantalizing desserts. With a range of gateaux, custards, tarts and confectionery: Ivory Yuzu, Mango Passion, Crème Brûlée, Premium Chocolate Pralines, and Cheesecakes from D9 Cakery, known for its legendary Cheesecake recipe that has been perfected over 48 years.
