This extraordinary '4 Chefs 8 Hands' meal brings together four award-winning chefs from around the world, each renowned for their mastery in their respective cuisines.

Culinary Maestros:

Chef Edward Chong, Peach Blossoms' Executive Chinese Chef, is leading the charge. He is a Singaporean culinary genius noted for revolutionising Chinese food with his inventive and modern interpretations. Chef Edward's inventions have earned Peach Blossoms multiple distinctions, including The Tatler Dining distinctions and the World Gourmet Awards' "Asian Cuisine Restaurant of the Year." At the event, he will tantalise your taste buds with an amuse-bouche of exquisite Iberico Pork Belly, a distinctive double-boiled Bolete Mushroom soup filled with quality ingredients, and a delectable Sweet Potato dessert.

Chef Antonio Iacoviello: From the one-Michelin-starred Gucci Osteria da Massimo Bottura Tokyo, Chef Antonio Iacoviello presents contemporary Italian food with a Mediterranean flair and Japanese refinement. His culinary career began at his grandmother's trattoria in Rome, and he is now a master at mixing distinct soul cuisines. For the occasion, he will serve a cold appetiser called "Torna In Italia Con Me," which will consist of tortelloni-shaped ravioli stuffed with Japanese eel and Italian ceviche.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Chef Thitid Tassanakajohn (known affectionately as Chef Ton): Chef Tonne leads a chain of restaurants, including the one-Michelin-starred Le Du. At the '4 Chefs 8 Hands' lunch, he will wow diners with his Amadai & Mussel entrée, paired with bamboo shoots and a coconut milk-based southern-style Jor-Rang curry. Chef Ton's culinary path began by seeing his mother and grandmother prepare comfortable meals, and he now leads a Thai cuisine revolution.

Chef Jun Lee: Korean Chef Jun Lee, Executive Chef and Owner of the two-Michelin-starred Soigné in Seoul, is noted for blending global elements into Korean culinary philosophy. His dishes are a brilliant fusion of world flavours with Korean culinary history. At the event, you'll savour the Abalone & King Crab dish, which is served with seaweed beurre blanc, paprika, barley risotto, and barley tea, enhancing the flavours of the sea.​​​​​​​
