The dinner starts with homemade spent grain focaccia, which is paired with LeVeL33 Stout balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.
The entrée options are a Poached Prawn Salad, a creamy Burratina, or the Australian Yellowfin Tuna Sashimi, which requires an additional $8++. The main course options are equally broad, with Free-range Chicken Breast and Australian Barramundi being common. For an extra $18++, visitors may enjoy a delicious Wagyu Sirloin with crushed potato, pico de gallo, grilled padron peppers, and a rich LeVeL33 Stout jus. Vegetarians can order the Spent Grain Pasta, which is produced using spent grain from LeVeL33's microbrewery and served with local mushrooms, truffle, and gremolata, topped with an onsen egg.
The desserts bring a pleasant ending to the dinner. Choose from a Yuzu Citrus and Burnt Meringue Pie or a rich Valrhona Chocolate Basque Cheesecake with seasonal fruit. For a little fee of $6++, you can enjoy a Matcha Lava Cake with strawberry ice cream and a sprinkle of spent grain crumb.
