Newcomer to Boat Quay, Cult Sliders will celebrate its first Lunar New Year at its new location, with a delectable selection of thematic offerings. In the spirit of community and revelry, Cult Sliders have put together a splendid menu as we get together and celebrate the festivities.
Diners will have their appetites whet with Lunar New Year-themed sliders; The A$AP ($7++), The Huat Cheong Gai ($7++), and The Salted 8 ($7++). The A$AP (Always Strive and Prosper) slider features a juicy grilled beef patty, American cheese and onions done two ways: diced and caramelised, coated in a savoury black pepper sauce. Diners can sink their teeth into The Huat Cheong Gai and The Salted 8 sliders, inspired by local flavour favourites prawn paste fried chicken and salted egg yolk sauce.
Not be missed as well are the Lunar New Year exclusive sides like the Salted Egg Fries ($12++) and the Har Cheong Gai Drums & Wings ($12++) as well as the new menu items making their debut this festive season: the 24K Nuggets ($6/10/18++) and Onion Rings ($10++).

Cult Sliders is proud to present their take on a Lunar New Year’s menu: The Baller Set and The Sweet Baller Set priced at $68 ++ and $128++ respectively.
Come together this festive period and dine on the sumptuous spread that is The Baller Set featuring the 3 new Lunar New Year-themed Sliders The A$AP, The Huat Cheong Gai, and The Salted 8 as well as the beloved The American Cheese. Not to be missed are the plethora of accompanying sides, such as the Har Cheong Gai Drum & Wings, Salted Egg Fries, 24K Nuggets as well as Onion Rings.
Diners can also, opt to upgrade to The Sweet Baller Set ($118++) which features a collaborative effort with Burntbakes’ Basque burnt cheesecakes, with choices such as original, durian sea salt, as well as vanilla and thyme.
