The restaurant is inspired by Barcelona’s vibrant beach culture and focuses on Catalan dishes, a theme that runs through the décor as well. Try the slow-cooked octopus legs for a taste of Chef Nandu Jubany’s talent and wash it down with one of their choicest cocktails.
Bringing a slice of Spain to Singapore, FOC specializes in making recipes from Barcelona and bringing them to your table. Michelin Star Chef Nandu Jubany helms the kitchen and does a fantastic job and we love binging on their Manchego Cheese Churros, Padron Peppers with salt, slow-cooked and charcoal-grilled Octopus Galician style on crushed potatoes & smoked paprika and Roasted Baby Lamb Shoulder with burnt onion sauce, potato terrine & Idiazabal foam.
Their cocktails are just as intense and we recommend going for Kimchilada, It’s Not Your Bee’s Knees, Umami Trilogy, and Unbeli-bubble.

It only takes a moment from the time you arrive at FOC to feel like you are in another world. The staff are so polite and you just want to hang out and chill the afternoon away. We will be back for sure, time and time again. The food is sensational.
