Chef World Tour's latest masterwork, "The Second Act," combines culinary artistry and storytelling. This gourmet symphony will dazzle the iconic Bar & Billiard Room (BBR) at Raffles Hotel Singapore throughout October and November, transforming it into a stage for global flavours and compelling storytelling.

Renowned chefs at the top of their creative prowess will come together to create an exceptional dining experience.

Agnes Goh, the visionary behind Chef World Tour, talks into the notion of The Second Act, emphasising that it is more than just a dinner. Instead, it develops as a history of the chefs' culinary progress, from their time at the world's top restaurants to venturing out on their own. The Second Act delves into their unwavering quest of excellence while maintaining the uniqueness of their origin and identity.

This gastronomic adventure also introduces a story of luxury, with menu prices that are affordable to anyone. The Second Act offers a perfect combination between value and unrivalled creativity, with prices starting at $238++ for a 6-course lunch and $338++ for an 8-course night.

The experience promises a global gourmet trip set within the famous BBR, a beloved social centre since 1896. Raffles Hotel Singapore Managing Director Christian Westbeld is excited about the relationship with Chef World Tour. He observes that the atmosphere of BBR, which combines Victorian columns and old floor tiles with a modern dining space, matches the craftsmanship on the plate, exemplifying Raffles Hotel Singapore's commitment to providing really memorable moments.

Chef Jose Luis Hinostroza takes centre stage in October. Hinostroza's culinary career began in America's agricultural belt, developing at prestigious establishments such as Alinea Restaurant in Chicago, Maaemo in Norway, El Celler de Can Roca in Spain, and noma in Tulum. His finest achievement, ARCA, has won important awards such as Best New Restaurant of Mexico and placements on the World's 50 Best Restaurant and Bar lists.

Chef Ben Ing takes the spotlight as November progresses. Ing, who is originally from Canada, moved from Eleven Madison Park in New York City to noma, where he worked as Head Chef for six years. His globe travels culminate at Alberta's Kitchen & Store in Western Australia, a haven where hyper-seasonal product meets cutting-edge technique, showcasing his enthusiasm for culinary evolution.
