From 1 to 30 June 2024, Red House Seafood is hosting a special celebration to honour parents, with an enticing 8-course set menu available for both lunch and dinner at all three of their outlets: Grand Copthorne Waterfront, Esplanade, and Clarke Quay. As a highlight, dads dine for free with every four set menus ordered, creating the perfect opportunity for a memorable family gathering.

The meticulously curated Parents' Day set menu, priced at $98++ per person, showcases a variety of sumptuous dishes crafted by Executive Chef Chen Khay Boon (Chef Man) and his dedicated culinary team. The menu starts with a trio of delightful appetizers: Kung Fu Crabmeat Prawn Roll, Fresh Pineapple Chicken Satay, and Ice Plant & Coral Seaweed with Sesame Dressing. This is followed by a luxurious Fish Maw, Sea Cucumber & Dried Scallop Soup, and the innovative Giant Grouper Fillet in Seafood Broth infused with Martell Cordon Bleu, which highlights the natural flavours of the fish enhanced by a robust clam broth.

A standout dish is the Prosperity Longevity Noodles ‘Lo Hei’ Style, available for à la carte orders at $68++. This unique creation features longevity noodles surrounded by an array of ingredients including baby abalone, shredded chicken, bean sprouts, and choy sum, all tossed in a housemade sauce with tobiko, creating a vibrant and auspicious dish. Another highlight is the Classic “Ya Lim” Baked Mud Crab, a nostalgic favourite from Seremban, Malaysia, prepared with a piquant malt honey and soy sauce glaze.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

The menu also includes Sauteed Pork Jowl with Shrimp Roe & Taro Fritters served with Broccolini, and concludes on a sweet note with Chilled Passion Fruit with Lemongrass Jelly, followed by Steamed Longevity Buns. For groups of six or more, a complimentary Smoked Lemongrass Chicken, featuring a tender and ethically-reared GG French Poulet, is included. This dish undergoes a meticulous preparation process involving braising in master stock and smoking with lemongrass and Pu'er tea leaves, resulting in a dish with deep, aromatic flavours.

Red House Seafood's special promotion also includes two outlet-exclusive dishes: the Grilled Chicken Satay from the Esplanade location and the signature Giant Grouper from the Nanyang outlet.
