Adam ($22)
A refreshing cocktail, Adam is a mix of Aluna rum, Limoncello, Campari, freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, and lime juice. Agave syrup adds a hint of sweetness, and roasted rosemary and dehydrated grapefruit tops off this zesty libation.

A special day calls for a celebratory drink. Italian National Day falls on 2 June and Da Paolo commemorates the occasion with the Italian Parade ($22). The creamy cocktail is a blend of Aluna Rum, Mozart Crème de Cacao, and agave, capped off with a smooth coconut cream, pistachio dust, and raspberry.
The white coconut cream, green pistachio dust and red raspberry constitute the colours of the Italian flag and were chosen in remembrance of the day in 1946 when Italians decided the future of their country.
How to Order
For delivery, a minimum of 2 days is required for orders to be processed and arrangements to be confirmed. Orders received after 12pm will be confirmed the next day.
