The Fold represents the culmination of two generations' passion for the culinary arts, blending the culinary expertise and experience of the father, Augustus, with the artistic pastry creations of Travin & Jason, whose youthful talent possesses an artistic flair beyond their years. Not to be overlooked is the linchpin of this endeavour, the momager Dilki, who keeps everything seamlessly together.
