Highlights include the crowd-favourite Paella De Marisco, a seafood saffron rice filled with succulent Tiger Prawns, Clams and Mussels, as well as the Carrillera De Ternera, a flavourful and tender Angus Beef Cheek braised in Red Wine, served on a bed of Mash Potatoes and a side of Broccolini. The scrumptious Spanish Father’s Day Delivery Bundle includes a bottle of white or red wine, and is available from 20th June- 21st June 2021.

Delectable menu items to look forward to include the Langosta Pochada, a Poached Lobster with Salsa Rosa with Shallot, Radish and Paprika, and the Wagyu A La Parrilla, a flavourful and succulent char-grilled wagyu tri-tip steak prepared on the parrilla grill, complemented with padron peppers, butter roast mushrooms, potato foam and salsa espanola – a classic Spanish sauce that is the perfect accompaniment to meat.

Treat the pillar of strength of the family to a bottomless Sky-High Father’s Day Brunch at the city's beacon, 55 storeys above ground. Featuring a feast fit for the king, spend quality time bonding over a luxurious brunch.
The 4-Course communal Brunch menu at $98++ per person comes with the Daddy of all meat platters, including Amelia Park Lamb Saddle on the Bone, Parrilla-grilled Patagonian Red Prawns with lashings of Northern Criollita Sauce, and the divine 'Devesa' Argentinian grain-fed Ribeye with a side serve of Red chimichurri, as well as a Plato de Verduras of delectable vegetables featuring Pickled Heirloom Carrots and New World Potatoes ‘Rescoldo’, Asparagus ‘Parrilla’ Wood-fired White Corn, Corn ‘Humita’, and Wood-fired Palermo Peppers Smoked Salt.

BOTANICO

Do not bacon dad’s heart, so make a date at Botanico at the Garage amidst the lush greenery of the Botanic Gardens, the beautifully conserved 1920s Art Deco building. Specially created for the meat-lover dads, the Meet our Meat Platter is laden with meats galore with subtle touches of Southeast Asian flavours. Besides the Australia OP Ribs, Botanico's signature Kurobuta Pork Belly and Lamb Neck are skillfully and adeptly grilled in Botanico's INKA oven full of smokey flavours. From the same oven, piquillo peppers are roasted for natural sweetness and leek flowers lightly grilled. The platter is served with a tart Jicama Slaw, buttery and fluffy Scallion Mash, a mustard dip and Beef Jus sauce.
