Miss Fitz Kitchen + Bar, located at The Sail, introduces its brand new tapas menu concept, now available at the Marina Bay dining destination. Miss Fitz, known for its sharing-style Mediterranean dishes now introduces a selection of bite-sized tapas ranging from S$5 – S$8 in the evenings & only $3 during “Tapas Time!” from 3-6pm daily.
This tapas selection complements the existing small plates which avwerage S$12 – S$18 and sharing plates for 3-4 pax once restrictions are lifted at approximately S$25 – S$35 on the Miss Fitz dinner menu.
This new addition to the Miss Fitz menu comes in hand with the celebration of the venue’s second year anniversary, focusing on a selection of signature dishes inspired by Mediterranean coastal cuisine.

The tapas items are presented uniquely as canapés on small plates, authentic to how they are typically served in the exuberant tapas and pintxo bars of Spain. The concept is based on the idea of combining different small-bites with tall refreshing drinks for a light and eclectic mix of flavours.
Each dish is carefully curated with fresh herbs and quality produce, selectively imported from the Mediterranean. The tapas menu includes signature regional Mediterranean dishes such as the Middle Eastern crispy falafel with mint & garlic yoghurt, the Spanish Montadito, a pastry filled with yoghurt topped with cured salmon, drizzled with honey and finished with truffles and the French chicken pate en croute with mustard apricot.

The tapas are to be enjoyed with the colourful and refreshing cocktails available at the welcoming horseshoe bar, in the centre of the bright, breezy atmosphere of Miss Fitz. Cocktail highlights include the signature gin and tonics in big and bold goblets; the Miss Fitz G&T which is made with Hendrick’s gin, cucumber bitters, Mediterranean tonic, cucumber and lime or the Wild Monkey comprising of Monkey 47 Dry Gin, lemon bitters, Mediterranean tonic and grapefruit.
Another main draw are the tall stunning spritzes ($15-$21) such as the popular Aperol Spritz, the classic Italian orange, bubbly aperitif or The Rosa, a spritz cocktail comprised of rosé wine, fresh grapefruit juice and soda. In true Mediterranean fashion, the tapas and cocktails are to be paired, mixed and matched together with options for every palate.

This experience is reminiscent of being minutes away from the beaches of Majorca or in the city centre plaças of Barcelona. Don’t miss out on “Tapas Time!” at Miss Fitz from 3pm – 6pm daily, enjoy the entire selection of Miss Fitz tapas at only $3 per dish. On Tuesdays, this promotion is available all day and all evening for a special Tapas Tuesday offering.
The menu is conceptualized by consulting Chef Duncan McCance who brings extensive experience working across cafes in Melbourne, restaurants in London, wineries in Spain, farms in Bali and most recently organic produce providers in Singapore. Taking his expertise from each of these areas of the industry, he has built the Miss Fitz menu to feature dishes that have been meticulously and extensively prepared.
The tapas menu runs alongside the existing Mediterranean small and sharing plates menu at Miss Fitz, perfect for a couples night out or a group dining experience (upon relaxing or heightened measures). These small and sharing plates can be combined for a more substantial meal, full of fresh and varied flavours. The signature favourites remain on offer, including dishes such as the Charred Octopus with rosemary lemon gremolata, Spiced Cauliflower and Chickpeas with spinach, avocado, pomegranate & tahini dressing and the Beef Short Rib that has been sous vide for 15 hours served with potato puree and jus.
If you are staying later in the evening after your meal, don’t forget to ask where to find Roxy, a glammed up but worn in cocktail bar and spirits room inspired by the back rooms and rock and roll nightclubs of 1970’s Lower East Side Manhattan – a great hidden enclave within Miss Fitz for after dinner shots and strong cocktails. -
Miss Fitz Kitchen + Bar is a bright, open sanctuary in the Singapore CBD serving a selection of contemporary Mediterranean tapas & sharing plates, wine, and easy drinking cocktails with a retro, coastal vibe.
