Maison Ikkoku, an award winning modern Japanese cuisine and bespoke cocktail bar has launched its first crypto brunch in Singapore, featuring a suite of new and original culinary creations named Diamond Hands, Rug Pull, Wen Lambo, Honey Pot, FOMO Martini and many more.
The Singaporean founder, Chef, Mixologist Ethan Leslie Leong, and firm believer of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency, has decided to commemorate Maison Ikkoku’s 10th Year Anniversary with his crypto brunch.
The crypto brunch is served every Sat & Sun and Public Holidays from 11:30am - 2:30pm
The brunch menu includes Diamond Hands (SG$28) Aburi Salmon with House Made Teriyaki Japanese Mayo, Ikura on Butter Grilled Brioche. The Rugpull (SG$22) Crispy Fried Rug Wrap with Miso Turnips, Carrots and house made teriyaki or the Wen Lambo (SG$38), a Grilled Rack of Lamb with burned Sour Onions, just to name a few of the items available.
Ethan hopes to be able to spread the awareness of the good of blockchain and what cryptocurrency has to offer through his creations and encouraging more people to hop on the wagon of utilising digital assets in their leisure spending.
With Singapore being the Crypto hub in Asia where many crypto and blockchain companies resides and work round the clock very hard, he believes that it’s important to have work-life balance such as spending time to enjoy a delicious brunch with our love ones, family or friends with their digital assets.
“ Because the crypto exchange operates 24/7, you must find balance in life” said Ethan. As this is only the genesis stage in our crypto brunch, we are now accepting only 3 cryptocurrency such as Bitcoin, Etherium, BNB, and payment exchange rates will be in real live conversion starting from the moment you call for your bill."
"This way is fair for the consumer, of course the vendor is at the risk of losing the actual value, but the intention is to bring people out to have a good meal and good time together in one good place, that’s the DNA of “The House of Moment” aka Maison Ikkoku."
Ethan also encourages NFT holders to print their NFT collections on canvas and put it up on the NFT gallery wall for sale or appreciation, this way you get to sell them in the real world and digital world.
When you enter into second floor at Maison Ikkoku, you get to see Hashmasks collection displayed on canvas with two pricing, SGD and Ether, meaning they are available in both digital and live on the wall of NFT
