These concerts masterfully combine music and compassion. Classical music fans will be enchanted by Joselson's magnificent performance of Brahms' timeless Piano Concertos, accompanied by the prestigious Asian Symphony Orchestra conducted by Dr. Robert Casteels. Joselson and Casteels will perform Brahms' Piano Concerto No. 1 in D minor, Op. 15, and Piano Concerto No. 2 in B♭ major, Op. 83, ensuring a stunning presentation. Music fans around the world are looking forward to this unusual collaboration between two classical music heavyweights.

The June 16 event is a nonprofit Gala, with revenues benefiting Heartware Network, a local nonprofit dedicated to developing youngsters with values, character, and skills to make a significant impact in their communities. Heartware Network, a registered charity and recognised Institution of a Public Character (IPC), will utilise the cash to help poor young people through holistic assistance and innovative programmes that promote self-confidence, resilience, and key life skills.

The encore event on June 23 will honour Joselson's ongoing musical legacy and will be commercially promoted in collaboration with Soroptimist International Singapore Orchid (SISO), a Singapore-based organisation dedicated to assisting at-risk youngsters. This encore performance promises to be a celebration of Joselson's artistry as well as a monument to his influence in the music industry and beyond.

"Joselson: Brahms — The Two Piano Concertos," presented by Meta Hive and 1PLAY, is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to enjoy musical splendour while supporting a worthwhile cause. This event is a call for all to join in an evening of music and philanthropy, to make a major difference in the lives of underprivileged youngsters.

About Tedd Joselson

Tedd Joselson, a Belgian-American pianist, established himself in the classical music field at a young age. At the age of 17, he auditioned for Eugene Ormandy, the music director of the Philadelphia Orchestra, who famously said, "Anything you want, you can play with us." Joselson's career took off immediately after he signed a recording contract with RCA while still a student at Juilliard. He became one of the most in-demand pianists, working with practically every major symphonic band and director.

Joselson performed his first recital on the Great Performers Series at Lincoln Centre in New York City in 1975, and his yearly sold-out recital tours became highly anticipated events. Joselson's albums cover 400 years of music, from Bach to Lim, and have received numerous honours and Grammy nominations.

Joselson, who resigned from public performing in 1999, continues to have an impact on the music industry. He now lives mostly in Singapore, where he mentors talented young pianists from all around the world. Joselson is affectionately referred to as Singapore's adopted son, indicating his strong ties to the country and its musical community.
