Originally from Australia, I relocated to Singapore in 2000. Living in Singapore and travelling throughout Asia has given me good cultural and culinary insights and the different ways of doing business in the region. 

I am a foodie at heart and love tasting street food from the countries I visit for work or leisure. My interests are cooking, travelling, cycling, rugby union and beach holidays.
