1. This hotel is old but golden with 36 years of history. The look is classical. Everything is well-maintained and clean from lobby to room. The bathroom and its bath tub is sparkling clean. Everything is working in good condition.
2. Located at the heart of hustle & bustle of the city.
3. The hospitality is awesome. Sufficient man power despite the pandemic. The staffs are very well trained. One of the best 5 stars hotel in KL.
4. Buffet breakfast is awesome with many varieties from Chinese, Indian, Malay and Western. They serve Kurma lamb and stew lamb for breakfast. Everything taste good especially the porridge. During this MCO time the buffet is assisted.
5. Child-friendly where children can feed the koi at the pond. Fish food are provided. Other children activities are also provided.
6. The lift is fast and efficient.
7. Overall, hard to find something to complain here. Well-deserved 5 star hotel. Awesome!
