This place is one of the most beautiful spots in Singapore. Have taken my mother here for afternoon tea and met with friends for special occasions.
"I had my proposal planned at the floating pod and it was a huge success with the help of the team.
From the minute I arrived at the the check-in counter for a 2 night stay to the moment I left the hotel; the whole experience was seamless and above expectation!
We were upgraded to Premier room that comes with Champagne and a bride and groom doll - it would be great if we were given a bride and bride doll :)
The service throughout the hotel are top-notch with greetings, pool service that serves water, ice-cream, refresher spray, finger food; evening room service that prepares the night, private jacuzzi and pool with excellent view for a night swim.
The room comes with great view and a very comfortable bed. Personalised greeting where the staffs at the check-in counter and concierge address by your name. The hotel was decorated as CNY is around the corner; lavish decoration with a touch a red that bring out the festive mood. My guests have fun photo-taking.
We loved the hotel as it is serene although it is located at the heart of CBD.
The staffs that I would like to compliment are: Ms Griselda Tan (Guest Relations Manager), Mr David (In-charge of the floating pod), Ms Alyssa and Violette (Sales Manager).
We were blown away by the ambience and services of the hotel.
