Housed in the iconic CapitaSpring building, Citadines Raffles Place Singapore is the place to be if you are new to Singapore or in town for a business trip. With stylish, modern décor of light hues and colour, it exudes a relaxed feel all round.

The latest flagship property in Singapore celebrates its opening with the launch of Citadines Raffles Place Singapore brand experiences. Integrating live, work and play ~ Activate and For the Love of Coffee ~ these themes are abundantly stated in the surroundings.

Citadines meaning city dweller is an enabler for residents to kickstart city living. How cool! With the best of downtown living right on your doorstep, infinite possibilities await as the day unfolds. A separate entrance to the main lobby of this gigantic and futuristic building, the lobby is located on Level 9. Housing 299 serviced apartments up to level 16, I loved the attention paid to eco-friendly details.

Business travellers have an amazing shared residents kitchen facility, equipped with all amenities for a full cookout plus informal bar with high stools. This makes it so convenient for presentations, a lunch and learn session or conducting a meeting. A dropdown screen facility too that makes it oh so easy to bring the office to you.

For those who appreciate a 24/7 shared working space there are vending machines and amazing art that wraps around this stylish and flowy space. So softly designed it is spectacular, easy enough to step in and work anytime of day, regardless of jet lag or a sleepless night. It seems like the people behind designing these spaces deliberately created an urban, modern, calm theme, so aligned with what business minds crave. As guests look for balance within their hectic business schedules, wellness and lifestyle have been catered for.

I was at Citadines Raffles Place Singapore for the weekend. Having my regular Saturday morning class I was thrilled to show my students the amazing backdrop of buildings beyond the glass window. Positioning the movable table and chair I loved the flexibility of operating from my very swish, stylish room.

Signature Program Activate – a way to get residents to include wellness into their life. Shown around facilities, I was astounded at the jogging track that ran around the perimeter of the building, plus a 50m covered sprint track for athletes who need to train. Two fitness corners, a gym, pool and jacuzzi! Scan the code in your apartment to discover amenities available specially curated for you.

Signature Program For the Love of Coffee – apart from loving coffee, conversations to be had are also part of the agenda. Created at the self-service kiosk at reception, it is an opportunity to meet like-minded individuals. Coffee events are held monthly so check with reception for the current one.

With a minimum stay of 6 nights, this would also be ideal for a family stay with many spaces to chill all around the residences. Take the lift up to level 17 and a green oasis awaits. Beautifully landscaped, a forest in the sky, there are four levels to chill. An unusual sanctuary in the sky built with working spaces too if you feel like being surrounded by greenery.

Sol & Luna, a European bistro with indoor and outdoor seating is there for the taking. Flash your apartment keycard to receive a 10% discount on your total bill, daily, plus complimentary drinks. For fine dining guests, OUMI and KAARLA await at the rooftop on level 51. Not far to go eh? Guests really are spoilt for choice when residing at Citadines Raffles Place Singapore.

With studio, loft and one to two bedroom options, Citadines Raffles Place Singapore has something for all needs. A two minute walk to Raffles Place mrt this location screams convenience from all angles.

We did a walking night tour that is free for residents and totally amazing. Run by Monster Tours this is a lovely thing to do as it saw us eat at hawker stalls, walk again then stop at iconic buildings and learn the history of places.

How awesome to do this even for locals. Four hours later we were back at Citadines Raffles Place Singapore feeling so good. We had walked our food off! For yoga enthusiasts, a complimentary session held on every last Sunday of the month. Just scan QR code available on your fridge and register.

So much to do and see if you want it or just a chill time to stay far from the madding crowd. I was busier than ever with work but feeling relaxed throughout. As I checked out at reception, one thing I knew. Guests would love it at Citadines Raffles Place Singapore, just as much as I did.
