Learn how to master new creative sweet treats in the kitchen that flood your body with essential nutrients, balance hormones & reduce stress. These desserts are all gluten, dairy, grain and refined sugar-free and support a healthy conscious lifestyle whilst providing a more stable blood sugar level.
You’ll be able to try all three raw desserts throughout the demo. Elika will give a demo on how to make these desserts, including the equipment and ingredients needed, tips on where to buy these from, as well as the health properties of each ingredient.
She will provide nutritional health tips and advice throughout the demo. Elika is a Health Coach, Plant-based Chef & Food Consultant and founded her own organic restaurant in Singapore. There will be plenty of opportunities to discuss a healthy lifestyle.
