For the first time in seven years, Executive Chef Hany Moustafa has curated an all new festive set menu for Singaporeans and Expats in Singapore looking for a little culinary twist at Shabestan.
Priced at $88++ per person, Shabestan’s Festive Set Menu features seven brand new dishes available from 18 December 2020 to 3 January 2021, for both lunch and dinner.
Chef Hany has curated a Christmas-inspired Avocado Salad, Smoked Cream of Pumpkin and homemade Saffron Sorbet sprinkled with lemon zest.
Choose between the Shabestan Turkey Skewer marinated with Persian spices cooked over a charcoal grill (pictured above) or a Roasted Wagyu Tenderloin 180 grams served with sauteed vegetables and mashed sweet potatoes (pictured above).
End your meal with othe Shabestan Vanilla Orange Log Cake and a cup of Kir Royal Tea infused with blackcurrants and mixed berries.
