Internationally-acclaimed Mille Crêpes purveyors Lady M, introduces an exciting new boutique concept and dining experience with Lady M Champagne Bar – the first of its kind globally and its sixth branch in Singapore.
Located amidst luxury fashion houses in ION Orchard, the Champagne Bar is positioned as an extension of its refinement through tiered champagne sets, along with the returning Champagne Mille Crêpes.
Now open in time with the easing of Heightened Alert, fans can anticipate a new way of indulging themselves with their favourite cakes. As the world’s first and only Lady M Champagne Bar, the debut is conceived to further its luxury positioning through an ultimate decadence of exquisite bakes and bubbly.
Strategically chosen to launch in Singapore due to a growing adoration among the affluent, the partnership with Caerus Holding has proven to be a success with consistent progresses since its debut in 2012 - mapped by five existing boutiques across prominent malls, as well as an overwhelming demand for its Whiskey Dark Chocolate Mousse with The Macallan that was launched earlier this year.
Suitably encircled by international fashion brands on the third floor of ION Orchard, the open concept 44-seater is immediately noticeable with an inviting grandeur that sets an indulgent mood. Fashioned in reflective rose gold columns illuminated with custom-designed hanging lights, diners are whisked into repose with a soft elegance in shades of white, grey, navy and vintage gold accents.
With two seating zones and an entry way display for takeaways, diners can choose between sitting along a curved horseshoe bar counter where champagne is poured and cakes are cut in plain view, or a dedicated dining area of marble top tables to unwind with friends over cakes and pours.
Available by slices or in whole are an array of creations including its Signature Mille Crêpes (S$14) and flavoured variants of Green Tea (S$14), Rose (S$14) and Pistachio (S$16), alongside a display of cakes and individual pastries. Making a comeback in conjunction as an exclusive is the Champagne Mille Crêpes (S$25) – a bubbly infused adaptation of Lady M’s signature, enlivened with hand-brushed layers of strawberry-laced pastry cream and finishing glitters of champagne gelee atop for a gentle intoxication.
Rounding off the menu is a curation of beverages a focus on champagnes that are proudly showcased by the island counter. Categorised into Vintage and Multi-Vintage, selections are predominantly sourced from esteemed wineries with an emphasis on Bruno Paillard Champagnes that are regarded for their precise blending of vintages to deliver an elegant complexity – a shared trait that mirrors the Lady M technique of hand-crafted cakes.
Guests can choose to chase their meal with champagnes by the glass (S$19 onwards), pop bottles to share among friends (S$109 onwards), or a sweet pairing in the Champagne Cake Set (S$32) – with a slice of Lady M cake for an effervescent lift between moments of sweetness.
