Crack open a delicious Easter Sunday Brunch at Kwee Zeen, in Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa on April 9, 2023. An indulgent feast prepared by the culinary team awaits with a hearty spread of nearly 100 dishes. Start with a selection of appetisers including U.S. asparagus with egg mimosa and marinated octopus salad with potatoes. Seafood lovers can look forward to a selection of sashimi, freshly shucked seasonal oysters, as well as chilled tiger prawns, Boston lobster, yabbies, clams and steamed mud crabs.
Savour a selection of cold cuts, such as parma ham and duck rillettes, which pair well with a variety of hard and soft cheeses, along with baked items such as ciabatta, lavosh and focaccia.
From the carving station, all-time favourites such as the oven-baked beef tomahawk, roasted suckling pig, salt-baked whole salmon and assorted grilled sausages take centre stage.
Kwee Zeen is also known for its Asian selection, and diners can look forward to the signature butter chicken, Indian fish curry, wok-fried black pepper beef with capsicum, seafood fried rice, and laksa.
End on a sweet note with Easter-themed desserts such as the carrot bunny cake, Easter egg fudge cake and assorted Easter egg pralines. There will also be ice cream and an indulgent chocolate bar.
Feasting aside, there will be plenty of fun activities for the young ones too. Keep the kids entertained at the bouncy castle and with the rabbit mascot meet and greet. Those with a sweet tooth will take delight in the Chocolate Eggs-press cocktail, a delectable cocktail that combines the rich and complex flavours of Tobago Gold Rum with the smooth and creamy texture of Belgian chocolate.
Concocted by LeBar’s head mixologist, Anthony, the cocktail also features a dash of cream liqueur, adding a hint of sweetness and depth to the overall flavour profile, and a twist of baked orange to give it a citrusy kick.

Chocolicious Spa – a Cocoa-filled Experience
Chocolate not only brings a smile to the face but is also good for the skin. The Chocolicious Spa experience at Sofitel SPA begins with a 45-minute chocolate body scrub that removes dead skin and boosts circulation, leaving skin soft and revitalised.
Then lie back and enjoy a 15-minute head and scalp massage, using a neem and eucalyptus cooling scalp oil from Sundari. The non-greasy oil has anti-inflammatory properties and helps increase blood circulation improving hair and scalp health.
