The original Monti is a sleek and elegant multi-concept space, with panoramic views of the entire Marina Bay, enthralls with its diverse offerings that beckon guests to indulge and imbibe until the wee hours of the morning. Located at the iconic spherical Fullerton Pavilion, the structure seemingly floats above the glistening waters of Marina Bay.
As the night progresses, the stylish space transforms, offering a complete sensorial adventure that represents the quintessential Monti night out. As the evening begins, savor the fresh cocktails during Aperitivo hour while taking in the sunset views of the bay. Taste the fresh and hearty dishes of authentic Italian-Tuscan offerings.
Dinner is a vibrant affair with an abundance of produce-driven large sharing dishes, pasta and opulent cuts of meat. Winner of the Silver A’ Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design category by the International Design Academy, Monti is owned and established by 1-Group.
