La Mexicana, a tortilla facility that produces both wheat and traditional Mexican corn tortillas and considered one of the most significant supplies in Singapore. La Mexicana de las Tortillas was established in Singapore in 2009, and by 2010 it had become the irrefutable market leader for 100% fresh corn and flour tortillas and derived products. We use the ancient process of nixtamalization to create masa (or corn dough), and strictly adhere to Singaporean health regulations. This is what makes our products special.
