These guys are fantastic. Bike and bike everywhere. Knowledgeable staff super friendly and professional. You want to know or purchase a bike or it's parts. This place is it.
"Sent my Emonda SL6 in last week and collected it today. Did a tune up and clean up. The gears and cassette were cleaned up and tuned. Not sure if they were supposed to clean the frame though. My bad for not asking more details.
The wheels are running perfect and it’s smooth to ride now. Gear shift was crisp and the gear cable were trimmed.
Dawson was awesome. I did a simple bike fit, and he suggested a few adjustments after asking questions and making me cycle the bike on the trainer. He was able to explain why he made the adjustments and explained the advantage of why he made those adjustments. While on the trainer, the adjustments did fee a lot better, but will test it on the roads this weekend.
Thumbs up Trek and Dawson. Dawson was friendly and passionate abt his work. Made a great choice to be on Trek bikes."
