This bike store deals with more than 15 brands of bikes and they are reminiscent of dominos neatly arranged in line. Oh and don’t forget to buy a bright and sturdy helmet while you’re there- you never know when you might need it.
I have not bought a brand new bike for a long time. Have always preferred buying second hand as it was good value for money.
Until the day i went to cuscaden in orchard, Sofea was of great help! Her manager Neuben was very helpful as well. They gave me various options to consider to fit into my budget.
In the end, i purchased a brand new P1 madone. Fell in love with the bike ever since i was offered a demo ride by Sofea. She co-ordinated the trial for me which was very useful. The bike came within the expected delivery date.
I was then introduced to the mechanic who help me set up my bike - Jeff. Full marks for this man. He is so talented. He can set up the bike, troubleshoot any problems and he can do a bike fit for you! Very patient, very humble. I don't think i'll change a mechanic anytime soon. Top man!
I also realised that i will not be offered this level of service if i were to buy a second hand bike.
