28 degrees was founded by former national water polo player Ng Ker Wei who provides coaching in swimming from leisure to competitive levels to all kids from six years old and above.
28 degrees play's its part in upholding the spirit of water polo in Singapore by forming an independant Flippa Ball Club (introduction to water polo).
Ker Wei also coaches schools in competitive water polo across the Island.
