Conclude the year with warm reunions over generous spreads curated to raise one’s spirits and spread the cheer with house-made log cakes, panettones and other takeaway treats designed to evoke the joy of sharing.

New Menu Highlights for 2021 include a Biryani Christmas Turkey, marinated with aromatic Indian spices and served with fragrant saffron basmati rice, vegetable masala, paneer cheese, achar pachranga and korma sauce and Herb-roasted Australian Beef Prime Ribs with Brussels sprouts, roasted potato medley, demi-glace sauce and a mustard selection.
Regular classics include Traditional Whole Roasted Turkey with Fullerton Farm herbs bread stuffing, dried fruits, Brussels sprouts, chicken chipolatas, glazed chestnuts, roasted potato medley, OmniMeat (a plant-based meat alternative), cranberry sauce and giblet gravy and the Honey-glazed Champagne Ham (bone-in) with winter fruit compote, roasted butternut squash, braised endives, caramelised pineapple, Granny Smith apple sauce and truffle jus or the Beef Wellington with Mushroom Duxelle, Brussels sprouts, roasted potato medley, demi-glace sauce and a mustard selection.
