Really fresh fish! I put in my order, and the fish is caught in NZ, gutted and filleted and packed and and air flown straight to Singapore. Fish is delivered direct to you, or I have picked up from Greenwood Ave on delivery day. The fish is cage caught which is the most ethical/environmentally sustainable fishing practices. When you order you get updates along the way from the fishing boat letting you know how the fishing is going which I thought was really cool. They usually have Red Gurnard, Snapper, sole, Flounder and salmon and have now added prawns, scallops , mussels and cockles.
