Panamericana, the casual bar and grill restaurant located within Sentosa island and named after a highway that stretches over 14 countries and 15,000km across North, Central and South America, has expanded its brand with the introduction of its bakery arm – Panamericana Bakery. “As with many other restaurants and bars, we have looked into ways and areas where we can pivot and potentially grow the business in the past two years. And that was what sparked the idea of Panamericana Bakery.
The brand extension was a natural next step for us, with tasty, freshly baked treats delivered right to one’s doorstep for that added convenience,” shares Julian Serna, Owner of Panamericana.
In a bid to introduce ‘a better bread’ for everyone, Panamericana Bakery adopts an inventive and thoughtfully crafted approach towards pastry- and bread-making, celebrating the delicious flavours and wholesome goodness made with quality ingredients.

Designed for sharing, the rotating menu of breads and pastries are nutritious and made without the use of artificial enhancers or preservatives, ensuring a guilt-free indulgence for everyone.
The laboriously handcrafted breads are freshly baked daily, incorporating the ‘essence of fire’ reflected in the restaurant’s farm-to-fire grill ethos, and are intentionally baked to a darker crust for a more complex and bold character.
Breakfast seekers are in for a wholesome treat with Panamericana Bakery’s selection of signature staples including their House Sourdough Loaf ($16+ per loaf), made with 30 percent Japanese whole-wheat flour and 70 percent bread flour, and the aromatic and hearty Potato Onion Loaf ($16+ per loaf). Other staples include the Brioche ($14+ per loaf), Focaccia ($14+ per loaf), Frangipane Tart ($60+ per tart) and Pecan Pie ($60+ per pie).
Bread enthusiasts can also look forward to innovative creations that have been given a unique twist and elevated with interesting flavour and textural combinations, such as the Farro Sesame Sourdough Loaf ($16+ per loaf) and Olive Lemon & Thyme Sourdough Loaf ($16+ per loaf).
For the former, the introduction of farro — a grain not commonly used in breads — lends the creation a nice bite, as well as a pleasant mildly sweet and nutty flavour that is sure to delight the palate.
