Limited edition hot cross buns will be available as an 8pc box for $19.95 over Easter weekend Saturday 8 to Sunday 9 April 2023 at the bakery of Greenwood Fish Market’s Quayside Isle outlet. The homemade hot cross buns are baked fresh every morning and are a classic, traditional recipe with premium French T65 flour, candied fruits, and warm spices.
Chef Baker Tan, previously the master baker of Raffles Hotel and Marina Bay Sands, helms Greenwood Fish Market’s Quayside Isle bakery with his assistant, Baker Meng - the duo boasts 70 years of collective experience.
“We’re grateful to have Baker Tan and Baker Meng (pictured below) in our team - their knowledge and passion for their craft is an absolute inspiration’, says founder David Lee.
In addition to the hot cross buns, a range of other baked goods, from sourdough to rye, will also be available for walk-in purchase at Greenwood Fish Market’s Quayside Isle outlet.
Limited boxes will also be available for walk-in purchase at our Bukit Timah outlet from 8 to 9 April 2023.
