I did my first order on Honestbee today and it was really seamless. I downloaded the app and then created an account using my credit card. I then selected the type of items I wanted to be dry cleaned and submitted the order for verification. Once submitted I received a confirmation email and but at the last minute after I had made the order I realized I did not have one of the items with me at my office to pass to the pickup person, so I contacted Honestbee by Chat online and they responded immediately. There was no issue whatsoever. The item will be deducted from my original order on pick up as there is no facility to change the dry cleaning order online.
