We are an artisan styled bakery specialising in breads, pastries and cakes. 

Our breads are made from a natural fermentation technique employing the use of levain.

Levain is an aged sourdough starter. There is no yeast used in all our rustic breads. Breads made from natural sourdough starter have a distinctive aroma and subtle sour tinge at the end of the palate. It is healthier and easier on your body. 

Our pastries (viennoiseries) are hand rolled daily. We use only French sheet butter which has a higher butter content. This bring a certain flakiness and texture to our viennoiseries. All pastries are baked fresh daily and are ready by 8am in the mornings.

Superb local bakery on Joo Chiat. The baguettes are simply the best and always sell out, so go early! Great pastries and croissants too! Open at 8am!
