Quite rustic and old-fashioned at heart, at Cake Spade, they strongly believe in baking from scratch and using the best ingredients. This is a kitchen of heavenly aromas, chocolate-smudged pages of traditional recipes, and with lots of love going into each and every slice of cake.

Just when we thought cake flavours couldn’t get any weirder, Cake Spade came up with Tofu Cheesecake with a choice between a Digestive and Oreo base. Don’t worry. It tastes much better than it sounds. This cheesecake is lighter than air and slightly on the less sweeter side (works perfectly well if you don’t have the sweetest tooth). The highlight of this though is the jelly topping which comes with fresh strawberries, mango chunks or pieces of peaches buried within. Who knew tofu would be so tempting?
