Me too, reading reports. I have been using shoe malls. I must go through a good pair of black shoes here once a year and truth be told they only need some tlc and repair rather then the whole thing being thrown out!
I have been on the look out for a good shoe repairer in my travels for quite some time. I hate using the Mall shoe repair shops. They are very expensive and there is no care involved in the heel repairs. Thank you Peter for posting
If you have fine leather shoes that you wouldn't trust to give typical shoe repairers then try Mister Chuan, he does great work.
