A Message from Nicola:
As a global nomad child, living in Russia, Africa, Japan and many other places, it was in my blueprint to move to Singapore with my husband of 3 months in 1992. Our 3 children, Elliot 26, Lilie 23 and Rosie 20 enjoyed a wonderful childhood here. Although we have a small house in Suffolk, UK, this is our true home and I love it. I have dogs and cats and enjoy surrounding myself in Singapore’s green spaces, the diverse culture here keeps me on my toes by visiting museums and galleries, and always having an amazing array of food to choose from.
After many diverse jobs in London, I trained as a social worker but fell into classroom teaching here, working with both Julia Gabriel & The Winstedt academy, where I focused on learning support and special needs with a view to mainstreaming students.
At 50, I accredited as a mediator with Singapore Mediation centre, working both in the state courts and with many other client groups. This suits me very well as I love to help people solve problems and address issues, rebalance themselves and move forward with their lives happily.
I have helped many prepare for their mediations which helps them with the process enormously. This being the reason I offer this service - to help anyone facing either a mediation or just a difficult situation.
