I sent a leather jacket for quotation on dry clean last year Aug 2017. The lady took the jacket and said she would check on quotation. Never issued any note etc to say my jacket is left in their safekeeping. Not a word from these guys for months. I called in Dec 2017 to ask where's the quotation and where's my jacket. They told me that will be $350. I was shocked as I have not agreed to any quotation, and if I had not called them, my item would have never been located. I challenged this as it was absurd. They said they will review and come back to me. It's now April 2018 and I am still waiting for a resolution. The last reply I got from them was that the lady working in the shop had quit and it's not the first error made. I think they are highly unprofessional, I'm shocked at how they try to charge me for something I didn't agree to. They are still holding on to my leather jacket, im not allowed to take it unless i pay what they dictate and it's been 8 months!
