I had some issues with my Employment Pass in 2021. I had missed the Issuance date by one day, so technically I was illegal living and working in Singapore - and MOM suggested the only way I could get the EP issued was to seek the aid of an Employment Agent. At first I thought this process was going to cost a lot of money and possibly I would not even be able to renew my Pass. I contacted John Lai of the City Net Employment Agency and he was a delight to do business with. He was calm and sophisticated in his approach. A calm personality was exactly what I was needing. I was dealing with a bit of anxiety as I really thought I could possibly not get the EP renewed as I was overdue in getting the card issued. I was on tender hooks, but all worked out with John in the lead. The whole affair was dealt with swiftly in within 15 minutes my EP was issued and active. Cost $100. Satisfaction 100%. I will have no hesitation returning to John Lai when, and If I need assistance with a PR application at some point in the future.
