Samsung Electronics Singapore (Samsung) and Singtel have cooperated to create a fascinating short called "AI Do," which highlights technology's revolutionary power in encouraging human connections. The 3.5-minute film, directed by renowned director He Shuming, follows the journey of Korean-Singaporean couple Hee Joo and Aidan as they prepare for their wedding. Against the backdrop of cultural diversity and language obstacles, the couple manages their wedding preparations with the help of revolutionary AI functions built into the Galaxy S24 Ultra and powered by Singtel's powerful 5G network.

The narrative of "AI Do" not only demonstrates the Galaxy AI's numerous possibilities, but it also captures the essence of Samsung's Galaxy S24 Ultra and Singtel's "Hello Possibilities" promotional campaigns. As Hee Joo and Aidan use AI capabilities to overcome obstacles and bridge cultural divides, viewers are allowed to observe technology's significant impact on human relationships and societal connectivity.

To further engage the public, Singtel and Samsung will conduct a creative contest on Instagram from May 10 to May 16, encouraging individuals to submit innovative ideas for a Peranakan pastry with unusual flavour combinations. This film-inspired programme seeks to showcase ethnic variety and creativity while also aiding small companies and aspiring content creators. The winning pastry, chosen by Chef Yeo Min, will be revealed on TikTok on May 19, followed by a live demonstration of pastry decoration at Singtel's TikTok Creator House.

Ms. Anna Yip, Deputy CEO of Singtel Singapore, emphasises the importance of technology in building relationships, driving innovation, and promoting entrepreneurship. Singtel's projects, such as "AI Do" and the pastry contest, aim to demonstrate the accessibility and versatility of technology in improving lives and empowering individuals to realise their creative potential.

Director He discusses the meaningful narrative conveyed in "AI Do," emphasising its importance in showcasing technology's revolutionary function in building human connections. The film is a powerful reminder of how innovation can break down cultural barriers and bring various communities together.
