At The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore, La Brasserie’s Mother’s Day Brunch will begin elegantly at the Petit Entrée live station, with Nomad caviar and crème fraîche on blini, Boston lobster with shio kombu on brioche and kingfish tartare in crispy shell, before progressing to freshly carved roast meats, local delights and more.
Both brunch experiences include a hands-on Flower Arrangement Workshop, for mothers to express their creativity and complete their special day with a beautiful souvenir to take home.

For a more intimate dining experience, Jade presents the Heartwarming Set Dinner. Inspired by the warmth of motherly love, the individually plated courses span from scallop chawanmushi in Hua Diao wine sauce, to double-boiled ginseng chicken soup with dried scallops, red dates and fish maw, reaching a luxurious conclusion of bird’s nest with warm almond cream.
Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea

Bond over a charming afternoon tea experience, complete with live harp music at The Courtyard in The Fullerton Hotel Singapore or tinkling piano tunes at The Landing Point in The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore. Fit for a queen, the teatime menu offers a delicate symphony of savoury and sweet, from roasted prime beef on brioche and truffle egg mayonnaise in charcoal choux puff, to rose madeleine and cassis lychee ‘hat’.
Staying true to the daily ritual, the three-tier Afternoon Tea set will be served with freshly baked classic scones and raisin scones, clotted cream and jam, alongside a selection of premium loose-leaf TWG teas and Bacha coffee. At The Landing Point, each set will also include a glass of champagne or sparkling tea for an extra touch of celebratory sparkle.
